You could try a Bamboo shrimp. They are quite large, inactive, and they are filter feeders, so won't bother fish. They average 3" in length and just sort of sit in one place and sift out food particles. They probably won't even be noticed by your fish at all.

I was going to suggest these too as they are rather large.
