I'm so glad i live in UK... We have tiny spiders with no venom over here (i hope ) That thing looks scary...

Every spider has venom, some have less potent venom though

You can't hate spiders, without them, there would be twice as many mosquitos and gnats flying around Not to say that i wouldn't kill it.

I have three Tarantulas including a Goliath Bird Eater

It's a Loxosceles Deserta, or Desert Recluse. It's native to Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah. They have a a necrotic bite, so don't try to handle the little guy. Not only could you get REALLY sick, but you'll get a huge gross open wound. It destroys tissue. It takes years for your body to flush all traces of spider venom, and you never quite fully recover. And spider anti-venom can be just as dangerous.

It's not a Brown Recluse, but it's sometimes mistaken for it.

Freaking holy smokes. I ain't never living wherever you live, my friend, spiders are bleck. Actually, I quite like the large "safer" types like tarantulas, but despise "leggy" types like black widows. BLECK.
