OK, I've found a LFS that can get Cardinals, so that's the way I want to go. Now I need to figure out How many of each species. I know I want 4 to 6 Angels, a school of about 7 Silver Hatchets, 5 Corydoras and a dwarf pleco. I also want a large school of Cardinals. The specs on the tank again are 36"w x 20"d x 30"h (about 94.5 US gallons). Would a school of 18-20 Cardinals be too many? This is by far my largest tank yet and I am in somewhat unfamiliar territory here. All suggestions and/or comments are appreciated.....

All the numbers sound fine apart from 6 angels, the problems will start when (and if)they start pairing up and breeding, you may find the weaker ones receive some serious GBH from a stronger pair and within the confines of 36" will have no where to go.4 sounds like a much better idea. :)

Good point Cat Fish Crazy. Again, another variable I hadn't considered. Good thing I have you guys, huh?!?
