somthing is wrong with my guppy

I went to my tank and his head was all white and floting.He is still alive but just barely it doesn't look like a fish attacked him so i don't know whats wrong.

Sounds a bit like he's been on the edge for a couple days and has just been hanging on and this is the "fungus" that is present now.

What other fish do you have in there that might have harrassed him?

Guppies don't live very long lives and if they are used in cycling a tank, you can cut the lifespan almost in half.

Please give as much detail as possible.
