I want to add somthing to add a bit of intrest to the bottom of my tank.

I had some jurupari, but took the back as the wernt doing so well

So i was wondering what else to think about insted?

my stock is

650l 1xGT, 1x Firemouth, 1x Red Spotted Severum 1x Royal Plec 20x Culumbian Tetra

What size is the tank?
Whats the stocking?
Whats the filtration?

Are you looking for another cichlid or would any bottom dweller be a option?
:D

Arrrrrgggghhhh been looking for jurupari!! none local to me, could of swapped my brazilliensis (or something) for them!

stocking and tank size as above
What are the dimensions? Is its about 6 foot long i would go for a lima shovel nose or one of the other larger pims
6.5x 1.5 x2

im open all ideas at the moment cichlids or otherwise
I would go for a Jaguar catfish or Pimelodus ornatus catfish wise oor for cichlids maybe a JD. You need something fairly aggressive so it can stand up to the FM and GT

The GT is going to limit you a bit as they are very aggressive and anything that is added must be able
to stand up to the fish or be fast enough to stay clear.

Salvinis.
Nicaragua Cichlids.
Jack Dempseys.
Ellioti.
Blue Acaras.

These should all be fine in your set up or you could get rid of the Severnum and add a Texan blue to the tank.
A shoal of Corys would add some life to the tank too.

I think they have already been said but I would get either Limas or Jaguar cats :)
