Something's wrong with Nitro's tail!

Thanks everyone, He's had the filter in there since I got him from Wuv, but the last time I changed the water I did turn it up one notch because I didn't like the nasty film covering the top of the water. Turned it back down, and I'll keep a close eye on him.
