2 of my fishes, a platy and a balloon molly cannot swim well. Both of there tails seem to have tightened..or something like that. They look like they cannot spread them out. Their tails are not flowing liek they usually are.. I dontknow how else to explain it. Does anyone know what this might be?

You mean they have clamped up their fins. usually its a sign of poor water quality.
Have you checked all your water stats are OK ? Check them and post them in here, then we can try to figure it out.

I have put him and the other fish into a different tank lastnight, the balloon molly is looking a little better, but that guy in the picture is not going to make it

What size is your tank?
How many and what breeds of fish are in it?

How often do you do water changes?
