This is my third berried shrimp to go in less than a week. Really bummed because all three were close to delivery. But on this one I noticed worms under it. I am not sure if these are what killed it or not, I put the shrimp in a bowl and removed one and the other one tried to run away like an inch worm would. I noticed one of these on a chili Rasbora last week as well but didn't think it was a parasite.

Here is a video

Planaria will kill and consume Neocaridinas, but not sure that is the issue you are having, saw no worms in your video.

It's not planaria. It's a parasite worm killing the shrimp.

You can try salt (2 heaped tablespoons per 20 litres).
or
Take the shrimp out and put them in a clean container. Make sure they are free of worms. Then deworm and or copper the tank. After that flush the tank out a few times before putting the shrimp back in.

The worms could have come in on plants or in water with new fish.
