Ok, so I have decided to buy another tank. Whilst looking at plants, I stumbled across "The Green Machine" and whilst looking online, I found this tank package:

http://www.thegreenmachineonline.com/shop/exceptional-value-aquatics/aquarium-packages/nature-aquarium-package-60cm

Whilst looking at it (Due to the expense for it only being 55L) I discovered it to be quite a good deal, including most of the things needed for set up. My current tank is planted, but I kinda want to go a bit more "High tech" (Not with co2 though)

So anyway, does this look a good package overall? What kind of fish would be ideal for this set up?

Also, what plants would be good. I have been in contact with the company, and they said with this pack, you can either pick 10 of their "Exceptional Value Range" or 5 of their "tropica" plant range. With the lighting included, would that mean I could have red plants? How decent is that lighting? I have my eye on these plants:

Any other suggestions in terms of plants? I don't know how good the lighting is?

Stocking wise, I like all of these (Not all of them of course :D)

Scarlet Badis
Chilli Rasbora
Celestial Pearl Danio
Rummynose tetras (Maybe the tank is too small?)
Panda Corys
Pygmy Cories
Sparkling Gourami
Red cherry shrimp
Ottos

I kinda want to go for more shoaling fish. Ideally something like this

3 Scarlet Badis
12 Celestial Pearl Danios
6 Panda Cories
3 ottos
Red Cherry Shrimp

Is that way too much?

Does this package look overall to be a good set?

Thanks in advance :D

Stocking wise, rummy noses are out of the question and I would not keep panda Corys in a 60 cm tank either. Otos do best in groups of 6+. Sparking gouramis are apparently not a good idea in a small tank as they will fight, although I found them to be great in a 4 ft tank (and they appreciate being in very large groups).

In terms of numbers, that's fine. I'd consider something more along the lines of:
* 1m 3-4f Dario dario
* 12 Danio margaritatus
* 6 Otos or 10 dwarf Corys
* cherry shrimp

Just make sure that the Corys are not too boisterous for the badis.
