Poor koi :(

They killed two of our carp and two more were real sick but after a bath and a lot fo clean water run through their mouths, they seem to be recovering.

They killed our BigBoy, our beautiful blue and orange Koi. He was the biggest of the bunch and I guess he must have been right up there when it landed, our little orange and white one too.

BigBoy is second from the left here and the far right is the little orange and white one that died.

My poor babies :(

They just threw it right over our fence, probably didn't even know that there was a pond there but all the same, it doesn't help my poor fish. Everyone else seems to be ok, we took all the water out and cleaned the pond and then didn't really have a choice but to refill it and just put everybody back. So far - so good. No one else has died and everybody is eating ok. We kept the sickest fish in the house for a 48 hours, but put him back in last night when he seemed to be ok.

Grrrr.

omg!
this is another reason flytippers need heavier sentances from the courts. :grr:

I hope all goes well for you now. sounds to me like you did what you needed to, to keep the rest alive.
:good:

:grr: sorry about your fish Suzie I hope the others will be ok. hugs and kisses

hmmmmmm ive got to addmit i get called a chav from time to time but i dont think its a bad thing being a chav, its just stupid little thugs that do things like this that give us other people bad names.
im very sorry for your losses and hope all the others are ok. :/

R.I.P little fellows

Really sorry to hear that Sue, the little bastards will hopefully get whats coming to them one day.

You'd call them trailer trash or just plain white trash. It's a defined culture here of loutism, drinking, wearing leasure wear, usually not working (welfare) and oddly, having more money then most of the rest of the ordinary people. I couldn't afford to get both of us drunk every night but they don't seem to have any problems. They also wear a lot of "bling" gold jewelry and talk in a funny way, a sort of dimwits shorthand-speak.

Try Chav Towns for a guide to what a chav is and what one looks like. Be warned, there is a lot of bad language on that site! chavs make people angry....

This house has been here since 1889, and they came in recently, bought up the old courtyard next door and put up some flats that they filled with welfare recipients that had no where to live. True class....

Their carpark runs the full length of our garden. I suspect they were doing an oil change in the carpark and just flung the used oil over my fence.

You have my sympathy SuzieQPlecMama, what utter basta*ds  !

...I was wondering though, is your pond located in a front garden or back one  ? Do you have much of a fence or wall around the garden?

Aparently chav stands for council house, agressive vermin! LOL

My condolances to you all. It seems there is no safe place in the world anymore. I went to the website you recommended. I can't but help having flashes of "A Clockwork Orange" come to mind while reading it. Over here in the States we have gangs of all persuasions and mafias--California has the Mexican Mafia. The only sense of hope is there is quite of few of us, never mind the color, race, sexual persuasion, etc. who believe in just being good, decent people. I hope such a contingency holds out in the UK. I have family members who came here from England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland, so I hold dear the best parts that I've read and viewed of the UK. I truly believe that drugs will be the downfall of all unless something is done. Both of my adopted children were prenatally exposed to Alcohol and Meth, the current plague here, and will live with lifetime issues because of it.

We've had our koi pond added to be a haven, a place of meditation and peaceful therapy for us.

I hope your pond will fare better in the future. Could you perhaps put a pergola/shade cover/ something over it on that said of the fence to help prevent further mishap? I'd say try to talk to them, but I know often with people who have no respect for themselves there is definitely no respect for others, and communication feels futile. I'll keep you in my prayers. BTW--cute kid! God Bless You and Yours,

Samantha

Talk to them HAHAHA, you'd get a punch in the face and they would spit at you then throw bricks through your windows.

It's so true, chavs are just anti social yobs, and no one actually admits to being one! I live near chav central in Nottingham :( I don't even bother with my front garden because of the rubbish getting thrown in it. The police don't do anything about these people and the problem is getting worse. I'm saving up to go and live on the moon!

They are so rude, think they are so big. They are just dirty bas*ards, they leave all their fags and crisps in our front garden. I hate them.
