Im thinkin of either one oscar or a bichir.

Are you sure, the parachanna obscura isnt as violent as the others, at least, thats what i've heard.

I based it in my own experience. Those smaller fish will be eaten by the snake head.
You can try doing it and you might be successful.

Parachanna obscura is one of the most violant of the smaller snakeheads, i wouldnt keep one with anything less then tough fish at least twice its size. An oscar might work but i would definately leave the bichir out.
