Hi i have a large soft finger coral and in last few day it's closed up very tightly as if it is dieing checked water and it is all ok and salt level is normal.
Could someone help!
thanks dan.

what are your water stats, and where is it placed? (strong flow? lighting? etc)

it could just be sulking from the move, did you acclimatize?

its been in my tank for about 15 months had no problems till now ,could it be shedding it's skin?

Ah ha...........

Lemon peels are not really reef safe, they are known to harass some corals

hummm, well regardless of the order I'd still watch the lemon peel. Anyway we can get a pic smelly? There's a distinct difference in appearance of a sulking coral about to shed and a sulking coral on it's way out. Tough to really describe the difference

Whats that to do with the finger coral that has already closed before i bought the fish -_-

With all due respect you didn't make that clear (and i'm sure that the tone of your comment was unintentional  ) ---- give us a picture and we will try to help :good:

Predation is ilkely if it's only one type of coral. Lets see that pic :)
