I have a female guppy and right after she gave birth she looks like she has taken on an arch in her spine. Her whole body is arched and she kinda waddels when she swims but she is eating okay and all of that.

Giving birth is hard for some females. And she could end up like that for the rest of her life. Just try your best, and she should be okay. Best separate her from males who will make her pregnant again. though she probably already has sperm stored.

Got exactly the same thing with one of mine.Tail hangs lower in water, seems arched and swims with a waddle.Don't know how many she had but i got 30+ fry out of my juwel fry catcher...i mean filter box.

Lol :p

And sorry to hear about the poor old guppy, atleast shes still feeding etc :)

Yeah its best you separate her from the other fish from a while, sounds like giving birth has taken a lot out of her, do you have any other tanks which do not have any male guppys in particular in them?

unfortunatly she died this morning in my 5 gallon fry/hospital tank...=(

Mines still going, just the same as it was swimming with a waddle but it's feeding everytime i put food in.Thought it would be dead the next morning i woke up.

mine has done the same thing died today (rest in peace) it had a arch on its back and a bent spine the killifish put it out of its misery i thought she was going to die the next day to but she lived on for another 3 months
