Snails Help?

i have atropical tank and found a stow away snail on some plants i bought. i think its an apple snail, but i only had one! know i have 4! the research ive don says they need a male and female to reproduse but i have only one so im confused where these other 3 have come from dose anyone have any idea?

plus do they need any special food/ conditions?

any help would be grealy appreciated thank you.

Have you got a pic of one at all? I doubt that it is an apple snail as these breed above the water line. Most times hithiking snails are usually either ramsorns snails or pond snails, both of which are pests. Don't bother feeding them, they will find what they need.
