Snails again

Anyway, what I wanted to ask was: are fish bad for the tank? Because we appear to have quite a number in our tank...

The snails we have are small reddish brown. There seems to be quite a lot of them. Are they of any danger to the fish?

Not a danger to your fish, some fish will love them Depending on the type of snail, they may pose a threat to your plants. Have a look at http/www.applesnail.net to see if you can ID them, it will also tell you whether they are plant safe or not.
