SMALL WORMY TYPE THINGS

Juat wondering if anyone knows what this is, its like cobwebs very thin wispy white things attached to the ornaments and fakeplants in my tank

are the plants new?? might be remnants of glue??

I sometimes get the wispy thing offf of my fake silk plants, I think it's just a stray thread that collects waste, usually they dimish with water changes.
