Small Betta Tanks

The reply:

Dear saltynay,

I've been waiting for one of you people. First off, they will do fine in one gallon. Second, if you do regular water changes, as I do, they live fine. There is plenty of room to swim in this bowl. There is more water in this bulb than you think, just short of a quart. You know what, I'm selling like 10 of these things, why don't you botherone of larger companies that do worse on mass scale. I have been working with animals my whole life, and have had numerous businesses and rescues throughout, so to hear this crap from some fly-by-night PETA freak makes me sick!

PETA>!?!? lol. this is so cruel. We all should just email her saying it's cruel...lol

You were honoured to get a reply lol I'd like to shove their head in the bulb

Same. I have just sent a quick note to them, in the most friendly manour i could muster, hopefully i wont be called a PETA 'freak'

''Hey jtsivo, just a quick note to say that although i admire your artistic commendations, and that although i think your 'lightbulb' tanks are an excellent decorative piece, and a good habitat in which small shrimp, or for fairy shrimp like you have suggested. It is just simply unfair, and irresponsible for you to keep betta fish in there. Whilst it may be in this fishes capacity to survive the ordeal of living in a lightbulb, these bettas whom are known for there curious and emotive personalities cannot thrive there. I ask you to please, please, stop publicising your tanks as suitable for bettas, but to explore this as a new venture perhaps for marimo balls or small shrimp.
Yours Faithfully,
Finlay''

I hope that goes all well XD

Wouldn't it be amazing if we could stuff that broad into a cold closet and make her live there for the rest of her life? See how she would like having no fresh air and no heat

Not on Ebay but I came across this thing a while back. Good grief!
