Small 5.5 Gal Community Tank Stock

I was wondering. I have two dwarf pencilfish that i want to keep in a 5.5 or a 10 Gallon tank. Any suggestions on a few small fish that i could keep with them?

Aren't the dwarf pencils schooling then? Wouldn't a full school of 5-10 fish (depending on which tank) be the obvious route? Could be wrong, I don't know a lot about pencilfish.
