Sky Broadband Or Talktalk

Hi, atm I have talk talk broadband and am happy with the service e.t.c. but we may change to sky broadband because it's a little cheaper, I just want to know if anyone who has sky broadband (especially in yorkshire) has had any problems with it.

Mate of mine's got the Sky See, Surf, Speak package and it's dreadful for him he often cant get on at all and when he can it's usually slower than dial up. Their customer services people have been less than helpful apparently too.

He is tight and even he is thinking of paying for a proper broadband service again, so it must be bad

If you have one and it works, I'd stick with it
