the yellow tang shouldn`t be to much of a problem provided it has alot of swimming rom, the regal however may well be a bit cramped in there

Yeah 55+ is fine for a yellow, but no other tangs.

would a V2skim 400 skimmer be ok on this tank?

1/2 (not half) clownfish
1 fuzzy dwarf lionfish

also are all these fish compatable?
