Site is very slow

Why is this site so slow to load? All other websites are loading immediately for me but this one, every page, is very slow. Is there an issue, or is this normal for the site?

It is definitely slower than the rest. I think maybe it’s because it has to load all of the threads from when this site started to the present moment. Plus with all the answers and stuff maybe that’s the reason? I’m sorry I’m not a computer guy.

Seems ok here as well... maybe your WiFi is the issue?

They did do a software update a couple of days ago, so you might be experiencing the tail end of that.

yep!
some huge threads with a slue of photos take a few secs to load
reddit also takes a long time since there's so many photos
