I have 5 silvertip tetras which I've had for a while and 5 white cloud minnows which i just bought yesterday and the tetras are making me mad! they are herding the white clouds into the corner of the tank so that they have the tank to play around in and every now and then one silvertip will leave the game of tag to make sure the white clouds stay put. 
do you think they will eventually grow more accustomed to their tank mates? i feel bad for the little guys!
