Silver Dollars Help!

it seems like they are suffering injuries from fright, trying to hide and scraping themselves on objects in the tank. perhaps subdued lighting, some floating plants, or something to make them feel a little safer in the tank. or maybe add some similiar size fish to make them more courageous about being out in the open.

what treatment do i need though? if the dollars have an ifection the fish might have it too so id be aswel treat all of em.

Hello just new to the site and read your post... Sorry about losing your fish...... I am having trouble myself with getting my cycle sorted (high nitrate levels) anyway... Have you tried aquarium salts ?? depending on the size of your tank you firstly mix the salts in warm water till they dissolve.... kills parasites this should help in addition to your tank temp to kill them off.........

Hope you get things sorted
