Silicone Drying Time

i have just created my own diy CO2 system and to create it i needed to ilicone some airline connecters into bottles and their lids.

http/www.fishforever.co.uk/carbondioxide.html on there is practically the same siliconing that i have done. How long do you rekon it will take to dry and be usable? I siliconed it about 1.5 hours ago...

Well it will prob dry within an hour or two. But, it needs to "cure," similar to what concrete goes through (usually dry in a matter of hours but usually takes a few weeks to fully cure). Prob in 24 to 48 hrs you will be good to go (depending on how thick the silicone is (thicker = longer curing time))
