Silent Air Pump?!

I am considering getting an air pump to use when the light is dimming and off during the night.
I have read many articles about this with many different views.
As with everything there are many out there all of them supposedly quiet!!
Can anyone recommend a good silent pump?

The only one I've found is this one from Aquarium Co-op. You literally cannot tell the thing is on from a sound perspective.
