Sickly Amazon Swords

our amazon swords are starting to look a little sickly, with the bigger leaves going translucent. Is this due to not having enough lighting, or can anyone suggest anything else that might be wrong? currently, I'm using the standard Juwel Rio 180 built in lights (2*30W tubes with reflectors). The tank has a gravel/flourite mix substrate and JBL Co2 system.

have you tried using any fertilizers? maybe try getting some root tabs and see if it does better

Amazons are heavy root feeders, if you aren't using some sort of fertilizer tab, that would be the place to start. Your light seems adequate.

Mine aren't going to well, I've pulled them out and put them in my plant hospital (LOL) with some wisteria that was getting crushed by the wood. I didn't think it would be due to lack of fertilization, but I'll get some now
