Sick Shark

Hi plz somebody help I have a silver shark (Bala) I have had him for 2 years but last couple of weeks he has swollen eyes witch have turned red water levels are fine is there any med I can get for him?

What test kits are you using. Can you post water stats please.

I would issolate and use a bacterial med.
Uk. Anti internal bacteria med by interpet.

2 silver sharks

3 pepper cat fish

ammonia 0

Has the shark caught his eye on anything in the tank and caused it to swell and look red.

don't think so coz both eyes are the same swelling and bright red he wants to feed but cannot see the food

Good news sharks eyes are back to normal thanks for your help

Glad he's eye back to normal.

The bala sharks really need a large tank of 90 gallons.
Also they shouldn'r relly be kept in less than a group of 3.
