Sick Pearl Gourami?

Hello,

About 1 week ago I was watching my fish calmly when I noticed
some silver spots on the top of my female pearl gourami. I
thought they were just birthmarks or whatever. the past week
Me and my family have been away on vacations, and so I left
My 120 - 150 liter tank (not sure) with an automatic feeder
and lighting system. when I came back all my fish were fine
except for my female pearl gourami, who's "spots" have gotten
much worse. I decided to put this fish in quarantine, for if
she has a disease, so shes alone in a net ( in the aquarium)
Does anybody know what these spots are?

I looks like Fungal growth to me.

How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

Are the spots quite big.
Are redness to the spots.
Do the spots look fluffy.
Do the spots look like tipex.

Any signs of flicking and rubbing.
Darting.
Excess mucas.
Laboured breathing.

The fish looks to far gone to save in the pic.

Do the spots look like a white silver greyish colour. Or just a silver metalic colour
I read once that silver spots are meant to be a sign of good health.

Can you enlarge the pics please as it looking like columnaris at the moment.

well I tried to get the pic big but i cant upload more than 150 kb.
so one of the spots is silverish metalic, the others are whitish with fluffy stuff coming out.
theres no redness on the spots.
besids that i havent seen any strange behaviour
heres a close up on the spots from the same pic, ill take more pics in a moment, as well as check on ich syptoms.

That's bad.

I would take the bacterial route.
Keep an eye out for flicking and rubbing, excess mucas or slime, darting, laboured breathing.

What's your location?

alright, ive seperated each of the fish to its own compartement. im considering buying some plastic 5 gallon tanks.
But what is the bacterial route,
what actions should I be taking now,
what should i be buying
and how bad exactly is it?

im living in western europe, and its enerally hard to get aquarium things around here, but after some exprience ive found resourcefull places.

Is there only one fish sick?

What are your water stats please.

I would isolate the sick fish and use a med called furanol 2. It wipes the benefical bacteria out in the filter, so really need to use the med in isolation.
If the other fish are fine take them out of the compartments and just do water changes.

well theres only one fish i can diagnose as sick, but as ive read ich starts under the skin and not visible.
the rest though are acting fine.

im testing my stats now, get them in asap

Whitespot is visable on top of the skin.
Whitespot will look like a grain of salt, or sugar on the fish. Or look like the fish has been sprinkled in salt.

Any lumps or swelling beneath the skin.

The patches are not fluffy on your pic. But columnaris has many disguises.

Does your heater have a guard on it.

none of my fish besides the one sick have the white spots. i think my male pearl gourami has swelling.

my nitrite lvl is 0,025/ 0,05 ppm

So there no tiny white spots on the fish body or gills.

If not I would take the bacterial route.

i was actually thinking, maybe my fish has columnaris, so i
looked at him again and noticed he doesnt have the fluffyness anymor
