He lays on the bottom from time to time. I think he is really weak as he is very skinny. He is enthusiastic about food but I'm not sure he is getting any. If I leave him in there I'm afraid he'll be eaten alive if he can't get up. I think he is really tired and I also think one of his pectoral fin's is rotting a bit.

any chance of issolating him,so you can ensure he eats?
if so I'd feed live foods for a week, no flake etc
just daphnia, tubifex etc

individual fish stay apart from others. Breathing is normal.
They may refuse food. They may have "cloudy" or grey areas
on the skin. There are no other physical signs.


Lethargy and inappetence are common symptoms of many diseases,
so further investigation is essential

1) Fish may be suffering from a parasite problem. Examine the gills.

2) There could be internal disease problems

3) Early stage of systemic bacterial infection. Isolate and observe
