Sick Harlequin

My Harelquin Rasbora is sick but I dont know whats wrong. I feed it Nutrafin and TetraRuby to try to colour all my fish but it has always been less colourful than the other fish. Now it just looks sick! You ca see it right by the castle there.

I figured its a girl as its always been less colourful than her mate.

But over the past couple of days its been swimming hunched up and lost a LOT of colour. Its a bad picture, I know but she isnt any brighter than in the picture. Its tail is drooping but its eye isnt so poppy as the picture makes it look. The tank is a 4.4UKgallon and the parameters are:

pH: 8.0 (I know its high but all my other fish including the Harelquins are at about 7.8-8.2 with no ill effects)
Ammonia: 0.0ppm
Nitrite 0.0ppm


No sign of whitespot in the tank. Please help if you can!

All i could guess would be the pH affecting it, but you said they do fine in it?
Is she still eating? If not, could be something internal, like a parasite.
Hope someone can help you out more......
