Sick Gourami

Hi,
 
I have a beautiful colbat blue pair dwarf gourami, the female  has started to struggle with swimming, so i put her in a smaller tank on her own and dosed with swim bladder medication, this does not seem to have any effect, and suggestions?

It could be gourami disease, is she just bobbing there going back and forth?

Thanks for your help, shes abit worse now, staying on the bottom of the tank either until i tap the tank or i feed her, her swimming has improved, but no sores or ulcers on the skin/ scales

She's a bit worse but her swimming has improved?

Yes, she will swim all around the tank, after a few minutes she back on the gravel.
