Sick Betta?

Hello guys.
I guess my old betta is sick again. He is making large bubbles, really big ones and they stay floating apart in his tank. He's standing on the top of the tank and don't want to go down. The scales looks like they are a bit apart from each other like if they are rough or something, and he isn't eating much...
I'm really worried about him.
Could you guys please help me?

Sounds like you might have the same problem as what I have with my fish....Dropsy. Although my fish is still fighting it looks like a no win situation. Have a look on the last couple of posts about dropsy and see if you can try the epsom salt treatment. Good luck

Thank you really much for your help.
I made some research and I guess it's really Dropsy.
He stopped eating yesterday and can't swim well, he's standing almost vertically in the corner of the tank.

i think betta is better is right.. sounds like acute dropsy which is never good. there are some really good treatments for this out there though.
infact although 90% of betta fish die from dropsy, i have only come across it twice with my fish, and they both recovered fully apart from a few nasty scales etc.
