hi bigfish needs a little to identfy whats wrong with Nemo my coral red siamese fighter fish,

>not eating
>breaths normally does come to the surface of the water every now and again
>white patches around his face
>very sluggish

He's in a 15 litre qurantine tank with a flower pot and a sponge filter running, he hasnt been himself i have tried salt, bacterial treatments, finrot treatments (even though his fins have healed he still looks depressed!!!)

Help please!!

im changing little bits of water every other day.

Otherwise, I might suggest you start with a clean bowl with nothing. I use a 0.25 gal bowl for my fish emergencies. I use StressCoat and a drop of StressZyme to treat my water. Place the bowl in a warm, dim and quiet spot and don't feed him for 24 hours. Come back after and then feed him. He then might be hungry enough to take anything and just might remember to eat. Do a 50% water change every 3rd day and see how he is after the 3rd water change. This is all I can suggest. There's others who know more out there. Give them a chance to respond.
