Tank size: 3 gallon
pH: well water
ammonia, nitrite nitrate. kH gH
New uncycled tank, not tested, country well water, all naturally purified water (Minnesota in the native language is clear water)
tank temp: 78° farhenhiet
Fish Symptoms light color on fin, a whitish clear fin, and whiteish creamy taking over the head, raised scales on top of the head
. In those raised scales, above his right eye, there is a white extrusion.
color he is a black headed, blue veil tail
location: Head
fish behavior: exploring checking things out
Volume and Frequency of water changes: 1/3 water changes every 5 days
Chemical Additives or Media in your tank: natural gravel, clay cave
Tank inhabitants: the single betta
Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration): I got him here April 30th, his body color and frontal fin colors are the same as before
Exposure to chemicals: melafix and aquarium salt
