Sick angels?

K, I have 3 angels in a 33 gallon, and one seems to be hanging just under the surface in the corner. He was fine this morning, but now hes acting this way. There is no physical damage or anything, but hes not eating now. He was this morning, but not anymore. None of my other fish are doing this. Anyone know whats wrong?

every since my tank been setup i have had a angel problem, they seem to be on top of the tank and trying to peek out looking liek they are starving for air...... i have been through 3 angels this week and one is remaining i bought a XL fancy angel and as soon as i put him he started this, this was about 4-5 days ago i would say, now today before changing the water one more was gone he didnt even have symtpons boom he was gone, this last one might be in depression i have no clue

im heading out tomorrow to buy 2 pairs of cichlids, might get another angel if he survives

How long have you had the angel? What are the other fish? Do you have adequate aeration? Water temp? Water chemical specs?
