Sick angelfish?

Hello I have a decent sized male angelfish who is not eating. He looks like he has an impacted bowl or a infected breeding tube. I attached a picture. Has anyone come across this.

Camallanus worms. These are a parasitic intestinal round/ thread worm. If one fish has it, all your fish will have it.

See section 3 of the following link for treating intestinal worms in fish. Flubendazole is a good choice in the USA, otherwise look for Levamisole.

If the fish has stopped eating, check the water quality and maybe do a water change and gravel clean the substrate. Clean the filter too if it hasn't been done in a while.
Make sure any new water is free of chlorine/ chloramine before it's added to the tank.

Thanks I have paracleans on hand I also clean the tank often 1-2 weeks. I will do this treatment and try to track down that medication.
