Hi
I hate to say it but I am asking for help for the second time in a week. I currently have three neons in quarantine because another died of what looked like neon tetra disease to my untrained eye. I posted a thread but didn't get any help
I have just come home and my angel is floating on his side, fins waving frantically, and he doesn't seem to be able to get vertical for more than a couple of seconds. There are no marks on his body except a ragged dorsal fin, which wasn't there yesterday. When I went to bed yesterday he was fine, and had dashed to get food as usual.
I have jsut done a water test and ammonia and nitrite are both 0, nitrate about 40 (about usual) and pH 6.4, temperature at 26, a bit higher than usual but it is hot here today. Last water change was 30% on Monday, temperature matched and dechlorinated (Prime) as usual.
Tank is 185 litres.
Can anyone help me or suggest what I can do for him? I only have the other tank the neons are in and that isn't very big.
PLease help!
