Sick Agassizi Dwarf Cichlid

Hello,

We have what we are led to believe is an Agassizi Dwarf Cichlid (picture attached). For the last 3-4 days he has just been resting on the bottom of the tank. We've looked online but haven't found any information, if anyone can give me an idea of what's wrong with him it would be very much appreciated. The water is fine and we've been regularly changing the water.

Have you noticed any rapid gill breathing, or maybe his fins are clamped? Do his fins appear to have free movement?
