Siamese Twin Guppies...

This is actualy quite common with livebearers - especialy guppies. Usualy both will die because they share vital organs and cannot cope. Other times, one will be smaller than the other (like yours) because one is getting more nutrition than the other and is growing faster. The smaller one will usualy die and I suppose it could then drop off like mentioned though I've never seen it happen. Occasionaly they will both be healthy and grow to a ripe old age. Most are euthanised long before they reach any substantial size.
 
D dude, I'm wondering the same thing. i wouldn't hold your breath waiting for a pic.... you'll probably die.......
