Very sorry to hear that...I'm sure you can train a new fish up icely, and if others are doing it will tag along quickly....i'm yet to train my koi

I know this isn't a particularly nice way but there was a angel fish at work which was on it's way out and me boss kinda bloke just put it in a bag and left it for a while.

might not be as nice for the fish but atleast you don't have to stand over watching it.

I'm sorry to hear that
IMO the clove oil method is the most humane
way to euthinise a fish. Please don't freeze him,
as this is the wost way IMO.
Whatever way you choose, I do not evny you this task.
