Iv spent to much money in the last few days. Iv got myself some grade s shrimps coming :good:
But am unhappy with the seller. He has emailed me saying that he can not send them out as some of the shrimps in his tank have died and he wants to make sure the tanks fine before he posts out shrimp. I under stand this and I asked him to keep me update and tell me what day there posted so I can be in.

The seller emailed me again today telling me the shrimps will be posted on Monday from Hong kong from his supplier. It will take about 2-3 days to get to me.

Its this safe shrimps in the post for four days?

Provisionally yes fine, they will need to have the bag filled with oxygen not air though. What type of shrimp are they? You should demand to have a couple extra free due to the delay.

CRS he has said that they will be sending me out one extra for the delay.
A heat pack will not last 3days will it?

Nope but shrimp don't necessarily need a heat pack as long as it is well insulated. CRS are comfortable down to 13C and then survive down to around 6C. Water quality with CRS would be the issue but provided the sender hasn't been stupid and deliberately fed them the day before then they should be ok.

Personal intrigue:
How much where they?
What grade?
P&P cost?
How many did you get?

Personal intrigue:

Thats a lot of money for some shrimp.
I understand why they are that price though.

I'd love to see some photos when they arrive.

Well they got here 3were dead am gutted sell was a waste of time and good money. I can't prove it as the bags when not see through so the photos were no good.
The seller was not a UK seller like I was told.

Im assuming you paid via paypal? In which case, yes you CAN get your money back. As long as you paid less than 45 days ago, put in a claim. If you have an email or something proving they said they were uk based even better, but paypal will sort the case in your favour, Im sure of it. Go for it, but dont hang around, you have nothing to lose.
