Although I slid down to the bottom of the TFF page, I still enjoy my 46G FW BF tank. Having marine and FW gives you the best of both worlds. One of the most enjoyable inhabitants of a small marine tank is having a skunk cleaner shrimp. So, why not have some FW shrimp as well? So, no cocktail sauce here....just shrimp from both sides of town, FW and SW.

cant see the fist 2 all that well but the last 1 is very nice to bad i havnt got a marine tank.

I can see the first two, the if it was a beauty contest, the Scarlet Skunk Cleaner Shrimp would win, hands down. Beautiful !

I have a FW bamboo shrimp too. Unlike your skunk cleaner the bamboo shrimp is a filter feeder. I take a little flake food and crush it into a powder and dump it in when I see him trying to catch food out by the filter output. So far I've had good luck with him. He's doing well and I had him for 2 months now.

Xtech..thanks for the advice....this guy likes to hang out upside down in the hornwort. I'll do just that. SH

Shrimp rules I love to have them in my planted tank for algae cleaning much more better then having a pleco which is a heavy poooooer.
