Hey, i would just like to know if shrimp would be allright in a betta bowl. i got three small litle ghost or glass shrimps (not sure), but i'm not using a filter or airstone or anything, will they survive.

My fighter doesn't seem to mind them, they've been in all day and he just looks at em every now and again.... i hope he doesnt eat em

In my 10g tanks the bettas never seem to notice the shrimp, nor do any of the other fish.In my 1gs however, the shrimp quickly become snacks. In my 2g the shrimp so far has not been eaten.Guess it just depends on the fish and the tank.Around here the ghost shrimp go for 26 cents each much like feeder fish. But I am glad most of my fish don't bother with them as I think they are cool and useful critters.

yeah they are cool, my betta doesn't mind em all. but i put 1 in a comunity tank and he's getting chashed all over, but he's quick :p !

So will they be allright in a 2.5 G without filters and heater?

I don't have filters or heat in mine but my room temps are pretty stable. So I think as long as your room temps are warm enough it should fine.

i think that sounds like a good setup, and like others have mentioned, it can just depend on the betta. plus they are a good addition to clean up whatever your betta doesn't eat and algae. good luck!
