Does it not look over crowded as it seems a lot of fish.

the angelfish, the clown loach and the common plecs, shouldnt be in there,

angelfish 6 inch (minimum tank height 20 inches), common pleco potential 2 foot each and massive waste producers, and clown loach potential 12 inches.

you have few large fish or soon to be large fish in a tank that simply aint big enough to have any more in it especially not another angle fish it would be cruel on them sorry

Well your tank needs some fixing in stocking. The tiger barbs are fin nippers. They will attack any fish that has tall fins.
