what should i do with the dead babies i cant get them out because the net is too big.

If you have a turkey baster or large-holed syringe that will work. Have they perked up any?

yep most of them are swimming now just 1 or 2 on the bottom but i am sure they will liven up. some of them are accepting crushed flake at the top which is a good sign.

turkey baster worked fine ther was 6 still born and are about 25 left.

Don't forget to add some vegetarian flake to the fry's diet. Mollies really need their greens to thrive. If the only fish in the tank are mollies I usually don't bother separating the fry. In your case, since they are already separated, I would wait a couple of weeks until they are at least a cm long before risking them back in with the adults. Once they are separated, the adults seem to treat new additions as an unusual feeding. When you think it is time, try adding just a couple to make sure before you release the rest.
