Honestly, just rehome all the fish and start off with a new, planned stocking (if you start a new topic on here we can find you a suitable stocking for your tank size). It's not only best for you to not having to be doing all those water changes, but it'll benefit the fish too!

Starting again is the best option. Most fish shops will rehome your fish, and then you can plan a properly stocked tank which will be much more rewarding than fighting to keep unsuitable fish alive in a tiny tank.
