I believe her swim bladder has completely failed out. She’s been swimming upright in the same place for 3 day’s. Should she be euthanized with clove oil? Picture attached

I would say yes, but I could be wrong

Maybe wait a few days and see if she's able to eat - if not then - yet euthanize. I have had one or two snap out of it especially if it was a brain trauma like a bigger fish hitting her in the head or if you're doing a water change a dumped a load of water on her head (I had a little Rasbora that acted a little nutty after the water accident - I put her in my hospital tank and she recovered to live another 6 months.

What's the water quality like (ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH)?
What symptoms does the fish have besides swimming in the same spot?
Does the fish sink or float when it stops swimming?
Can you post a short video of the fish swimming and stationary?

Current water parameters:

Ph: 7.2-7.3
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 10-20
GH: 50 ppm
KH: 2-3
Temp: 73.5

She is sinking, simply swimming completely upright trying to keep herself afloat. These danios spent months (at least) in high nitrate water and I think we are now seeing the fallout from that. I had to euthanize one yesterday after she completely gave up on her will to swim :(

If the fish sinks when it stops swimming, then its swim bladder is stuffed and the fish is unlikely to recover. I would euthanise it :(
