Should I be concerned?

One of my Mollys has this strange growth on the end of her tail. The two fins just under her tummy don't look right either. I'm a total beginner so any help would be appreciated. The other Mollys look okay.

It looks like the tail & fins are slightly ragged to me.
How many fish do you have & what size is the tank?

Is it possibly fin nipping could be going on?
Could be the start of a fungal infection

We have a 50l tank with 8 mollies. That's all that's in there aside from some bamboo shrimp.

Hmm there seems to be a few too many fish for a 10 Gallon
Normally the rule of thumb is 1 small fish per gallon of water
A small fish to me is 1 - 1 1/2 inches
So given that Mollies can grow to triple that size, i would maybe consider something slightly bigger or take a few back to LFS. But on the flipside they may be ok as its the same species

Putting this aside it does like a fungus infection of some sort

Thank you, we did start with fewer but a couple came pregnant. We rehomed the males but kept the females

I have never actually kept mollies but my sister has a ton of them & i know they can grow fairly big
