Should be banned!

Im compiling a list of livestock that shouldn't be kept in captivity and am looking for any suggestions you may have. Im thinking of stuff like:
Sea apples -TOXIC
Morish Idols -POOR SURVIVAL RATE
Groupers -GET MASSIVE

I'd be careful about getting things banned. Ya never know how it might end.

Maybe certain things should require proper permitts instead.

i agree if you are a good keeper then you should be allowed. but if you are a first timer then no not allowed

I think that site does a good job of saying exactly what you are getting and its best to discurage folks from getting things they can't handle.

having a barracuda would be SO badass, but i'm glad it tells people that its meant zoos and stuff like that. -_-

One of the LFS in the area has a barracuda for sale, real cheap! Its almost 2 feet and growing, I feel sorry for the barracuda and the person who buys it. I dont even want to think about what it takes to feed the thing. A fish like that belongs in the ocean, HMMMM or may be on a plate. That gives me an idea, they dont want much for it. :whistle:

Anyway, I think that if a person can justify the means to keeping these sensitive fish and keeping them healthy, then they should be able.
