Im shipping some fish stuff off in about 3 days, weighs about 25 kg when all put together.

problem is I dont know which courier to use, i can only pay £10. Can anyone reccomend me some companies

You really just need to look some up and call. There are several variables in shipping costs. Some of the primary ones are weight, distance, method of shipment (standard, 2 day, overnight, etc) and dimensions. Without knowing these it's impossible to know how much it might even cost.

check ebay i'm sure there are some that do upto 35 kilos and i think they collect next day and deliver day after depending on when you place order they aren't bad either i've used them myself they won't deliver live fish though
